After installing PPStream software, some people probably figure out that the software cannot run properly. This may cause by PPStream random port or version problems. Do you want to solve the problem? First of all, you have to uninstall existing PPStream software and restart your computer. Download the latest of PPStream software. Sound like bullshit right? But, it is necessarily steps! After you download the latest version, just install to your computer again. Now, you can try to play. If you can play PPStream, this mean that you already solve your problem. Otherwise, you have to go through following steps carefully to solve your problem.
Run your PPStream software
Click Tools and option
Click link setting and click a few times “Random port”
Click OK after you complete and restart your pc.

Did you open firewall? if yes, please try to turn off your firewall in windows and try again.
