Four methods of successful diet
Eat a lot!
You can eat a lot, don’t worry, with this method you can burn more calories than u eat less! Trust me, it’s true! Just make sure u follow the steps! Recommended food is rice (carbohydrate), but you must eat the rice one by one. Remember to count the rice when you are eating, since brain is the most energy consuming organ. By the time you finish 10kg one by one rice eating, you will know the result. ^^
Drink a lot!
Juice usually contain high carbohydrate. Don’t worry, you drink as much as u like, but only for certain juices. The only condition is that u must follow the method. For example, if u wish to drink orange juice, u must mix it with other type of juices like banana juice, watermelon juice, tomato juice…Before you drink, make sure there is a toilet nearby, you will need it soon.
Watch TV all the time!
Most people consider watching television only cause people become more fat, the longer you watch the TV shows, the longer time you leave you muscles in rest, which mean no fat are burned. That is undoubtedly true. But, have you ever thinking of loss weight while at the same time you enjoy your favorite shows. How? Very simple, lifting or hugging the television is the solution (p.s. old version big TV is better than the plasma one). ^^
Lay down is the key!
People say that lay down is not good for those who wish to diet, but with this method, you are allow to lay down as long as u want. Find a location with lots of people, for example night market or shopping complex with sales campaign, then lay down in the middle of human traffic. See what happen after a few hours, I’m sure instead of fat, flat is a more suitable word to describe yourself. Oh yeah, if you want the method to be more effective, stick a piece of paper on you with this sentence “Just step on me, baby”.
(P.S.: These methods are just jokes, do not apply. Writer will not responsible for the risks!)
